We do offer exchanges for change of mind, change of size. Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping of their item/s. The item must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags and hygiene liner still attached.
Please note we do not accept sale items to be exchanged.Please email email@example.com to process your exchange.
We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. In the event of a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty item/s to be repaired or replaced.
We will then ask you to return your faulty item to us within 14 days from date of shipping. For international orders all claims must be lodged within 25 days from date of shipping. Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition, tags attached , must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves the Gypsea Rose Swimwear head office, you will receive an automated email with your order details and PayPal receipt followed by a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post or DHL.
A signature upon delivery is required, so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
In the event that you have failed to collect you package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package back to our office. In order for your package to be re-dispatched to you there you will incur a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. You will be notified via SMS if your parcel has been carded to your Post Office – this functionality applies to orders that only have been placed with a phone number when checking out.
Caring for your swimwear is important. Make sure you follow the simple steps to keeping your swimwear clean and fresh for summer use.
* Do not iron or leave in sun.
* Hand wash in cold soapy water and rinse in cold water.
* Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
* Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from garment as this can dry out the fabric.
* Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
* Store in a dry place where air flows frequently to avoid moisture from building in garments.
* Do not leave in direct sunlight- this may cause colour to fade and damage material.
* Items with Zips we advise to rise well and not to leave item with salt water or sand in/on it.
